We take security very seriously. We have implemented a bank approved encryption system to protect your transactions with us. Any personal details entered including credit card payments will automatically be encrypted using the GeoTrust Quick SSL Secure Sign. You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of the screen confirming this so you can purchase on-line in complete confidence. In line with new bank guidelines we also ask clients booking either on-line or via the telephone to get the cardholder to complete and sign a “permission to charge credit card form”. This form must be either faxed or posted back to us to finalise your reservation. We feel this also offers our clients extra security and better protection against fraudulent use of their credit cards by third parties.
We also have security procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information to prevent unauthorised access to comply with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. This means that sometimes we may ask you for proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
